Today, Skype 5 released with lots of new features over the previous version. According to Skype blog, Skype 5 is made  for social networking with Facebook integration.

Another big feature of Skype 5 is the group video calls. Skype has mentioned again that these features are still in beta and are free till then. They might start charging for these later on.

• Group video beta: get together with loved ones and colleagues over video.
