The Taiwanese manufacturer HTC has formalized the upcoming release of two smartphones running Android, the Chacha and Salsa, with both a direct-access buttons on Facebook. They should be available at the end of second quarter 2011.
Do not call Facebook Phones ! Provided the two new smartphones that HTC has unveiled as part of MWC 2011 , the Salsa and Chacha, the devices are dedicated to social network with rumors in recent weeks . Running Android 2.4 , the two entry-level smartphones have a button for direct access to Facebook placed directly on the handset for quick access to her page on social networking or sharing in a pressure the contents of its phone .

The HTC Chacha is a physical keyboard phone with a 2.6 inch screen while the HTC Salsa features a 3.4 inch touch screen. Both are equipped with a Qualcomm chip at 600 MHz and 512 MB of ROM and RAM. They also have two cameras, one with a 5 megapixel sensor and an LED flash. They should be available by the end of the second half of this year at prices not yet disclosed by the Taiwanese manufacturer.
These complement the smartphones HTC Desire S and S Wildfire that HTC has introduced this morning in Barcelona, alongside the tablet HTC Flyer , all driven by Android.
