Logitech announced the new keyboard for iPad powered by the sun

Having already presented the keyboard for Mac powered my sollar energy , Logitech announced yesterday, the launch of its new Solar Keyboard Folio , a cover wrap for the new iPad, and iPad 2 that includes a Bluetooth keyboard too fed ‘ it from the sun.

Just using the same technology of solar Logitech keyboard for Mac and PC, the Logitech Solar Folio includes solar cells mounted on homes that allow you to recharge the built-in Bluetooth keyboard through sunlight, both inside and outside. When fully charged, the battery that comes with this special keyboard can last up to two years , even in total darkness (although the calculation is based on average use of two hours per day).

Also, just like the Smart Cover manufactured by Apple, this case is capable of supporting the iPad, being able to recline in two different locations : a nearly vertical, to allow full access to the keyboard, and a fully reclined to access only the buttons on bottom row of the keyboard to control playback of audio and video.

The Solar Keyboard Logitech Folio will be sold at a price of $ 129.99 and will be made ​​available, both on the European market in the U.S. market towards the end of this month.
